At 22 Oil, we take pride in crafting high-quality, cold-pressed botanical and seed elixirs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original 4oz glass bottle and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
2. Opened / Used Products (Hygiene & Health Notice)
Due to the intimate nature of our multi-use botanical oils (Eat. Drink. Anoint.), opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned or resold for safety and hygiene reasons.
- First-Time Try Guarantee: If you tried a 22 Oil product for the first time and it did not suit your preferences, please reach out to our support team at support@22oil.com within 30 days. We handle customer satisfaction on a case-by-case basis and may offer a store credit or replacement.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully package our glass dropper bottles to ensure safe delivery. However, accidents happen in transit!
If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or with an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@22oil.com.
- Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged bottle/box.
- We will ship a free replacement bottle immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an unopened item:
- Email Us: Send an email to support@22oil.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Label: If approved, our team will send you a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely wrap the bottle in bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect order from our end.
5. Refunds & Processing Times
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned unopened item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Payment Processing: Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges & Cancellations
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange an unopened oil for a different single oil variety, please return the item first and place a new order.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled, but it can be returned unopened.
